1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in an Afya1 Academy course or using our digital portals, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not enrol or use our services.
Afya1 Academy is a health workforce training provider and does not award university degrees or government diplomas.
2. Student Code of Conduct
Students and learners are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of professional clinical ethics, academic honesty, and respect for faculty and peers.
Plagiarism, sharing examination credentials, or tampering with digital certificates results in immediate expulsion and revocation of issued documents.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, video lectures, clinical case studies, slides, and assessment tools remain the intellectual property of Zorvica Innovations Limited or their respective authors.
Learners receive a non-transferable, single-user licence to access materials solely for personal educational purposes. Commercial distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
