Certificate Policy
Standards governing certificate issuance, CPD attribution, and digital verification.

1. Eligibility for Award
To be eligible for an Afya1 Academy certificate, a learner must attain a minimum attendance threshold of 80% and achieve a passing score of at least 70% on required assessment modules.
2. Verification & Cryptographic Security
Every certificate carries a unique alphanumeric serial number (e.g. AFYA-2026-0482) and an encoded QR code pointing to our public registry at /academy/verify.
Certificates are secured with a SHA-256 payload hash confirming the candidate name, qualification title, and issue date.
3. Revocation & Replacement
Afya1 Academy reserves the right to revoke any certificate obtained through academic misconduct or false identity. Revoked certificates display an active revocation warning on the public lookup registry.
