Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fair, transparent terms for course cancellations, deferrals, and rescheduling.

1. Learner Cancellation & 7-Day Window
Learners who cancel their enrolment at least 7 calendar days prior to the published course commencement date are entitled to a 100% refund of the tuition fee paid, minus third-party payment processing fees.
Cancellations requested within 7 calendar days before course commencement are non-refundable but may be deferred to a subsequent cohort at no additional cost.
2. Academy Rescheduling or Cancellation
If a course is cancelled or postponed by Afya1 Academy due to instructor unavailability or failure to meet minimum class size, enrolled learners will receive a 100% full refund within 5 business days, or free priority transfer to any alternative session.
3. Digital & Self-Paced Courses
Fees for self-paced online modules are non-refundable once digital course materials, videos, or assessment quizzes have been accessed or downloaded.
