A CLEAR COORDINATION PROCESS
Start by creating an institutional account. After you submit a healthcare request, the Afya1 team reviews your organization and guides you through planning.
01
Select a plan, register your organization, and verify your email or phone. You will not be charged during registration.
02
Share the outreach you need, location, participant count, preferred date, and any special requirements from your account.
03
The institutional care team reviews your organization and request, then follows up if additional information is needed.
04
Afya1 identifies verified healthcare professionals suited to the service, location, schedule, and required team composition.
05
Your organization reviews the proposed scope, healthcare team, schedule, operational requirements, and commercial details.
06
The approved healthcare team delivers the planned service at the agreed organization location.
Creating an account and submitting a request does not automatically create a booking, subscription charge, payment, or provider assignment. The Afya1 team will contact your organization to complete planning and onboarding.
BUILT ON TRUST
Institutional healthcare requires more than finding an available professional. Afya1 helps organizations coordinate verified providers, appropriate team composition, service planning, and responsible reporting.
Afya1 healthcare professionals complete the applicable identity, professional-license, background, referee, ethics, competency, and administrative review processes before receiving verified status.
Your organization works through Afya1 to communicate the service need, participant count, location, preferred schedule, and required support.
Depending on the approved service, a team may include doctors, clinical officers, nurses, laboratory technologists, pharmacists, counselors, physiotherapists, or emergency medical personnel.
Afya1 reviews each request based on location, service requirements, provider coverage, and operational feasibility.
Eligible institutional services may include attendance summaries and aggregated operational reporting to help organizations understand program reach without exposing private individual health information.
Organizations may receive attendance and aggregated program reporting, but they must not receive individual diagnoses, treatment notes, prescriptions, or person-linked laboratory results through the institutional organization view.
Afya1 Institutional Care is designed to support organizational health programs while protecting the privacy of each participant.
