Health advice is only worth listening to when you know who is giving it. Every speaker on Afya1 goes through the same four checks.

Identity confirmed
The speaker signs in with the same account that carries their professional record.

Registration checked
The professional register is verified against the name on the account before a listing is approved.

Reviewed by a person
A member of the Afya1 team reviews the request and either approves it or records why it was refused.

Only approved speakers are listed
A session cannot be published while its speaker is still pending, so nothing unverified reaches the catalogue.
